COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures
The Skinny Center, just as everybody else, is taking to COVID-19 very seriously. As a trusted leader in the weight loss and aesthetic community, we are taking the appropriate precautionary measures to ensure your safety at our facilities. We want our patients to feel reassured, so your experience is a comfortable one.
Please read and follow our guidelines:
Please call us to schedule an appointment with our receptionist. You can also schedule an appointment via our website, however you must confirm the appointment with our staff (we will call you to confirm).
During the telephone call, you will be asked a few brief procedural questions pertaining to COVID-19
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you been sick over the last 14 days?
- Have you exhibited symptoms within the last 14 day?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or has been quarantined?
- Have you been tested for COVID-19 or Antibody tested?
Upon entering The Skinny Center patients and staff will have their temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer. If ANYONE has a temperature of 99.5 or above, you will be unable to proceed with your appointment and you will be sent home.
Patients and staff are MANDATED to wear masks or face shields.
Santizer will be available at the front desk as well as other designated areas throughout our facilities.
ALL chairs will be labeled, and patients will sit no closer than 6 feet apart in the waiting areas. ONLY TWO PATIENTS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE WAITING ROOM AT ONE TIME. NO CHILDREN will be permitted in the ANY facilities until restrictions are lifted. This is for their safety.
NO Food or Beverages will be allowed in waiting areas.
Exam Rooms/Waiting Rooms/Front Desk will be cleaned in between each patient by employees and healthcare providers according to CDC’s COVID-19 GUIDELINES. Cleaning products such as Cavicide Wipes/Lysol/Clorox Wipes/Clorox Spray/ will be posted in each room at all our facilities.
